Bolton v. Arsenal

This isn't exactly the fixture you want the week after your team capitulated on England's biggest stage. While Arsenal are by no means unbeatable, they showed midweek against Spurs that they can still play quite a bit of football. The title race is looking further out of reach, with Arsenal 9 points behind (with a game in hand). You'll of course remember the last time we played Arsenal, our visit to North London didn't go too well. Despite being 1-1 at halftime, we lost the game 4-1 and had Gary Cahill sent off. In fact, we've lost the last 8 matches against Arsenal. Our recent home form has been encouraging though, with four wins in the last four games and three clean sheets.

It's difficult to predict who Coyle will play. Last game was a disaster, but completely changing the line up would destroy some confidences. I reckon Klasnic will certainly be dropped to be replaced by in form Danny Sturridge. Other than that I could see a lot of combinations, tried and true Muamba-Mavies or the exciting Elmander-Muamba (well, exciting in the West Ham game)? It's also difficult to know what Wenger will do, partially because he seems to be losing it. He has lost Abou Diaby and probably Tomas Rosicky since the Tottenham match.

It's a match between two clubs with supporters to cheer up. They both suffered jarring results their last match, though Arsenal performed quite a bit better than Bolton. This could easily go either way, but whatever happens it will be a game to watch. Come on you white men!
