Kevin Davies gives the ball away deep in Bolton territory. This puts Wanderers on the back foot. Cardiff win a throw which they take quickly.
The resulting cross takes a few bounces, then lands at the feet of Craig Noone. Zat Knight tries to close him down but can't get there in time.
Bogdan may have been a little slow going down, but there were a few players between him and the shot.
Overall, Bolton had some good spells of possession and several counter attacks that had promise. Unfortunately, they could never find the final ball. Chung-Yong Lee was a particular offender, putting in some very poor crosses after being released down the right by Pratley (twice) as well as Mark Davies.
Dougie Freedman's first match has Bolton Wanderers showing a lot of the same problems that have plagued them for the past eighteen months.
We have to give him time, of course. But there needs to be a response after halftime!
